Aeolia is a Progressive Metal band from Plano, Texas.
First starting with Guitarists Nick Malan and Parker Bracken in 2010, they began writing music non stop. After a few months of jamming and writing they met drummer Randall Methe who added a much needed groove to the mix. After many unfortunate lineup changes spanning the next year and a half they finally met up with bassist Spencer Kennedy and Vocalist Zac Claycomb to finish off the quintet.
Combining beauty and brutality, Aeolia writes to perfectly mix together aspects of metal in with most all other genres; most recognizable are jazz, avant gaurde, prog, groove, ect. Using the full range of their 7 and 8 string guitars, multiple tunings, and drum setups; this band is not to be overlooked or underestimated.
